RFID reader no UID (RFID-01) — RFID / auth field fault. Stay OEM-agnostic until the protocol stage pins a hardware path; capture SECC/OCPP/vehicle evidence before opening the cabinet.

Clear RFID-01 by pinning the rfid / auth stage and fixing that cause — not shotgun EVSE modules.

- Pin the rfid / auth fail stage for RFID-01 before ordering modules.
- Correct the ranked cause for “RFID reader no UID” (cable, vehicle, config, or CSMS/SECC).
- Clear latches and restore Availability only after the cause is removed.
- Validate a full session through the previously failing stage.
- Attach scrubbed protocol traces and photos to the confirmation ticket.
