- CSMS says Faulted — where do I start?
- Capture HMI + StatusNotification (errorCode and vendor string), classify one gun vs whole site, then walk OCPP Faulted triage. Primer: Reading StatusNotification.
- Session dies at CableCheck / isolation — cable or cabinet?
- Prove with a known-good cable on that connector first. See CCS handshake basics and CCS-H03.
- All chargers dropped at once — is it the EVSE?
- Usually feeder, LMS, or utility. Measure loaded voltage; read site power quality and site power vs charger fault.
- Station looks online locally but Cloud is red.
- Soft-offline: DNS, TLS, CSMS URL, identity, modem RSSI—not a power module. Start with OCPP-F02 / NET-C01.
- FreeVend works but cards fail.
- Money path ≠ energy path. Use metering & payment and PAY-TO.
- High-power derate / flow alarms after a cable swap.
- Airlocks and wrong fluid beat random sensor swaps. Liquid cooling loops.
- NACS vs adapter — why does it matter?
- Native and adapter paths fail differently (thermal and handshake). NACS field notes.
- Wallbox / AC L2 GFCI keeps tripping in the rain.

- Can I clear isolation / GFCI by holding reset?

- My OEM code is not in the database.
