3. 3. Correct URL/identity; save and reconnect

   Expected: Accepted Boot

4. 4. Confirm production CSMS shows the stall

The fix

Wrong OCPP URL after swap is pure config — fix URL/identity, then prove Boot.

1. Always rewrite OCPP URL and identity after control-board swaps.
2. Remove lab/staging URLs from production images. Document readings and scrubbed photos for CFG-01 before closing the ticket.
