The fix
Wrong OCPP URL after swap is pure config — fix URL/identity, then prove Boot.
- Always rewrite OCPP URL and identity after control-board swaps.
- Remove lab/staging URLs from production images. Document readings and scrubbed photos for CFG-01 before closing the ticket.
- Verify Accepted BootNotification on the production CSMS.
- Do not chase power faults for a board that never registered.
- Sign off the commissioning checklist before leaving site.
